How to join
Visit a UARK FCU branch to open your child’s Penny Savers’ Club account.
Accounts must be opened in person. Online account opening is not available.
- Available for children ages 0–12.
- The child’s Social Security number is required.
- A parent or legal guardian must be a joint owner on the account.
